Steps

  1. Click on the Trigger field to begin setting up your Zap.
  2. Select ChatBot as your trigger app to automate responses to user interactions.
  3. Define the specific trigger event that will start your workflow when a user sends a message.
  4. Connect your account credentials to authorize the ChatBot integration.
  5. Select the specific data points your automation will process from the ChatBot.
  6. Click Test trigger to validate the setup and advance to the action configuration.
