ActiveCampaign Goals let you define milestone conditions inside an automation so contacts are routed based on whether they meet specific criteria. This walkthrough shows how to add a Goal step, name it, configure conditions, and save it directly from the automation editor.
Steps
- In the automation editor, click the Add icon below the Trigger section.
- Select Conditions and Workflow from the list of options.
- Click Goal to insert the Goal step into your ActiveCampaign automation.
- Enter a unique goal name into the provided input field.
- Configure a personalized set of goal conditions by filling in all required condition settings.
- Set additional Goal triggers using the drop-down menus under And When This Goal is and If the Contact Does Not Meet the Goal Conditions.
- Click Save to confirm your goal configuration.
- Your customized ActiveCampaign Goal is now added to the automation and enabled accordingly.
