Activating a Flow in Salesforce enables automation to run in your org by switching its status from inactive to Active through the Flow Builder. This process takes just a few steps inside Salesforce Setup and instantly reflects in the Flow list view.
Steps
- Head over to Setup on the top right of your Salesforce org.
- Search for Flows in the Quick Find field and select it.
- Locate the inactive Flow that needs to be activated — the Active checkbox in the list view will be unchecked.
- Open the Flow and click the Activate button on the top right of the Flow Builder.
- Your Flow is now Active and running in your org.
- The Active status will also reflect in the Flow list view.
