Walk through this interactive demo to learn how to add a QR code to a PowerPoint slide.
  1. Open your PowerPoint presentation, then select the slide where you want to add the QR code.
  2. Click "Insert" on the toolbar and select "Get Add-ins".
  3. Search for a QR code add-in, then click "Add".
  4. Go to "Insert", then select "My Add-ins". Choose the QR code add-in you added, then click "Add".
  5. Enter the link or text you want the QR code to contain and click "Insert".
  6. Resize and place it on the slide as needed.

📌 Why this matters

QR codes in presentations bridge the gap between your slides and actionable engagement. Instead of asking audiences to manually type lengthy URLs or remember website names, you give them instant access to resources, surveys, or contact information with a simple phone scan. Beyond convenience, QR codes transform passive presentations into interactive experiences that continue after your talk ends. They also provide valuable analytics about audience engagement, showing you exactly how many people accessed your content and when they did it.
