Quick summary

Connecting ClickUp to Outlook lets you sync your task calendar directly into Outlook so deadlines and scheduled work appear in one place. The setup takes under two minutes using ClickUp's built-in calendar subscription URL and Outlook's import flow.

Steps

  1. Click on your profile avatar in the bottom left corner of the ClickUp interface.
  2. Select Settings from the menu.
  3. Click Calendars in the Settings sidebar.
  4. Click Connect next to the calendar integration option.
  5. Select Save to confirm your calendar settings.
  6. Choose and click Outlook as your calendar provider.
  7. When prompted, click Open Pick an app to continue the connection flow.
  8. Click Copy to copy the calendar subscription URL.
  9. An Outlook modal appears and pastes the calendar subscription in the space provided.
  10. Enter your calendar name for Outlook.
  11. Click Import to complete the setup — your calendar will be automatically updated for seamless task and calendar management between both platforms.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating ClickUp with Outlook Calendar eliminates the need to switch between your project management tool and email client to track deadlines. By subscribing to a ClickUp calendar feed directly inside Outlook, teams get real-time visibility into tasks and due dates without any manual data entry. This two-minute setup supports seamless task and calendar management, making it easier for individuals and teams to stay organized across the tools they already use every day.
