Steps
- In your SurveyMonkey account, open an existing survey by clicking the ellipsis icon next to the survey title.
- From the drop-down menu, select Edit survey.
- Add a question and select your desired question type.
- Click the Insert Image icon in the question text editor, located in the formatting toolbar above the question text box.
- Upload an image from your computer by clicking Browse.
- Add a description and resize or align the image using the available settings within the editor.
- Click OK once done.
- Click the Save button to confirm your changes.
- Click Preview survey to review the final result.
