This demo shows how to align boxes in Google Slides using the built-in Arrange menu. Select multiple shapes with Shift-click, then apply alignment options like Left, Center, or Middle in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Click the first box you want to align on your slide.
- Hold Shift on your keyboard, then click the other boxes you want to align.
- In the top menu, click Arrange.
- Hover over Align in the dropdown menu.
- Choose how you want to align the boxes, such as Left, Center, Right, Top, Middle, or Bottom.
- Your selected boxes are now aligned based on the option you selected.
