Blocking someone on Microsoft Teams prevents them from sending you messages or contacting you directly. You can block a contact in just a few clicks using the profile options inside a Teams chat.
Steps
- Search for the person you want to block in Microsoft Teams.
- Click on the Profile icon of that person to open their profile.
- Click the More options icon to reveal additional contact actions.
- Select Block Contact to complete the blocking process.
