You can bulk move deals in Pipedrive by switching to List view, selecting multiple deals, and using the Bulk edit menu to reassign them to a new pipeline stage in seconds. This saves sales teams significant time compared to updating each deal individually.
Steps
- From the Deals tab in Pipedrive, switch to List view using the top-left view options.
- Select all the deals you want to bulk move from the List view.
- Locate the Bulk edit menu that appears on the right side and find the Pipeline/Stage option.
- Select the Edit current value option within the Bulk edit menu.
- Choose the pipeline stage you want to move the selected deals to from the new dropdown.
- Click on the target stage to apply your selection.
- Click Edit deals at the bottom to apply the bulk change.
- Confirm your choice when prompted.
- Return to the Pipeline view to verify the deals have moved.
- Your selected deals are now bulk moved to the new stage successfully.
