To cancel a Teams meeting, open your Calendar, select the meeting, and click the Cancel meeting button — you can also include a cancellation reason to notify all invitees automatically.
Steps
- Select the Calendar icon from the left side corner of Microsoft Teams.
- Choose the meeting you'd like to cancel from your calendar.
- Click the Expand icon to open the full meeting details view.
- Click on 'Cancel meeting' at the top left corner of the meeting detail screen.
- Optionally, provide a cancellation reason to inform invitees, then click 'Cancel meeting' to confirm.
