Quick summary
In Google Slides, you can change the border style of any shape by selecting it and using the Border dash option in the top toolbar. This lets you apply solid, dashed, or dotted border styles to shapes across your presentation slides.
Steps
- In the left sidebar, click the slide thumbnail that contains the shape border you want to edit.
- On the slide canvas, click the shape you want to update.
- With the shape selected, click Border dash in the top toolbar.
- From the dropdown menu, select the border style you want to apply.
- Repeat the same steps for any other shapes you want to edit.
- Your shape border style will now be updated on the slide.
