Use this interactive demo to learn how to set up and customize filters across your Pipedrive records.

Quick summary

Pipedrive filters let you segment deals, leads, and contacts using custom conditions so your team always works with the most relevant data. You can create, configure, and save filters with ALL or ANY condition logic directly from any list view in Pipedrive.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the type of item you want to filter, such as deals, leads, or contacts.
  2. Click the filter icon or your username button in the top right corner.
  3. Open the Filters tab in the panel that appears.
  4. Select a premade filter or click + Add new filter to create a custom one.
  5. A new filter configuration window will open where you can set your conditions.
  6. Use the ALL condition type to require every condition to match your items.
  7. Use the ANY condition type to require at least one condition to match.
  8. Finish setting up your conditions and click Save to apply the filter.
  9. Your new filter will be applied and saved automatically for future use.

📌 Why this matters

Custom filters in Pipedrive give sales teams precise control over which deals, leads, and contacts they see at any time, reducing noise and improving focus. By combining ALL and ANY condition logic, users can build highly targeted views that match their exact pipeline stage, owner, or data criteria. Saved filters persist across sessions, meaning your team can instantly return to the most relevant records without reconfiguring views each time. This makes Pipedrive filters a core productivity feature for any revenue team managing large volumes of CRM data.
