Steps
- Inside the slide canvas, click the Design tab in the top menu bar.
- Navigate to the Variants Gallery and click its drop-down arrow.
- Hover your cursor over the Colors option in the dropdown menu.
- Click Customize Colors to open the customization panel.
- Tap the radio button beside a color category to begin configuring your color palette.
- Open the dialogue box and pick a new color for the selected category.
- Repeat these steps to reconfigure additional colors across your PowerPoint theme.
- Click Save to apply all changes to your presentation theme.
- Your PowerPoint theme color palette will update instantly based on your selections.
