Changing the org chart shape in PowerPoint lets you customize how each position node appears in your organizational chart. You can update any node's shape in just a few clicks using the Format menu and the Change Shape option in the ribbon.
Steps
- Select the org chart shape you want to edit inside the slide canvas of your PowerPoint presentation.
- Head to the top menu bar and click 'Format'.
- Find and select 'Change Shape' in the ribbon.
- Choose the new shape you wish to apply to the selected position.
- The org chart shape for the selected position will be updated automatically.
