In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to compress a video in Clipchamp.
- Click Import media and select your video.
- Click Open.
- Drag your video clip onto the timeline.
- If needed, you can make edits like trimming or removing portions of your video clip.
- Click Export on the upper-right corner of your screen when you’re done.
- Under Quality, choose a lower resolution output.
- Change file name and click Export.
- Wait for Clipchamp to finish processing your video.
- You now have your video in a smaller file size.
Note: Keep in mind that lower resolution gives smaller file size but lesser quality output. Also, this method only works for clips with high bitrate.
