How to Conference Call on WebEx

Use this step-by-step demo to learn how to conference call on Webex.
  1. Open the WebEx app.
  2. On the left-side pane, click Messaging.
  3. Click the + icon.
  4. Click Create a space.
  5. Enter a space name, then add the email addresses of the people you want to include.
  6. Click Create.
  7. In the space, click Meet (upper right).
  8. Click Start meeting.
  9. To add people while you’re already in the call: Click Invite and remind.
  10. Search their name or enter their email address, then click Invite.
  11. Once they join, they will be included in the conference call.
