Quick summary
Connecting your personal email inbox to HubSpot allows you to log, track, and send emails directly from your CRM contacts. This setup takes just a few clicks through HubSpot's General Settings and Email preferences.
Steps
- Click on the Gear icon to open HubSpot Settings.
- Navigate to the General section in the left pane.
- Select the Email tab.
- Click on the Connect personal email button.
- Tick the checkbox and click on Connect your inbox.
- Select the email provider you want to connect.
- Review the confirmation screen displayed based on your chosen email service provider.
