Steps
- Go to someone's LinkedIn profile and click the 'Connect' button to initiate a connection request.
- Choose your preferred invitation option from the available choices in the dialog.
- Once the connection request is sent, click the 'More' button and enable the 'Follow' option to also follow their activity.
