This demo walks you through building a Zapier automation that connects LiveChat as a trigger to Discord as an action, so your team gets instant chat notifications in Discord without any manual effort. Steps
- Click on the Trigger field to select the event that will start your Zap.
- Search and select LiveChat as your trigger app.
- Choose a trigger event from the available LiveChat options.
- Connect your LiveChat account to authorize Zapier access.
- Click Test trigger to verify that LiveChat is sending sample data correctly.
- Search and select Discord as your action app.
- Choose an action event to define what Discord should do when the trigger fires.
- Connect your Discord account to authorize Zapier access.
- Configure the action details and click Continue to proceed.
- Select Test step to confirm the Discord action works as expected.
- Once the test is successful, click Publish to activate your LiveChat–Discord Zap.
