How to Connect Pendo with Salesforce

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Pendo for Salesforce.
  2. Click the Get it Now button on the listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to begin the sandbox installation flow.
  4. Verify your account information is correct, then click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to proceed to your Salesforce account login.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and click Continue.
  8. Choose which users to install the app for, then click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to finalize permissions.
  10. Find your newly installed app under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages in Salesforce.
