📌 Why this matters

Connecting Qualtrics to Salesforce lets revenue and CX teams surface real-time customer experience data directly inside their CRM, eliminating manual data transfers and blind spots. The Qualtrics Salesforce integration enables teams to trigger surveys from Salesforce workflows, close the feedback loop faster, and make customer sentiment actionable at every stage of the sales and service cycle. For organizations already invested in Salesforce, adding Qualtrics through AppExchange is the fastest path to unified customer intelligence without additional infrastructure.
