Use this interactive demo to learn how to install Adobe Acrobat Sign eSignature in Salesforce.

Quick summary

The Adobe Acrobat Sign Salesforce integration is installed directly from the Salesforce AppExchange, enabling teams to send, track, and manage eSignatures without leaving their CRM. This step-by-step process covers finding the app, running a sandbox trial, and completing the package installation in your Salesforce org.

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Adobe Acrobat Sign eSignature.
  2. On the app listing page, click the Try It Free button.
  3. Select the Try in Sandbox option to continue with a test environment.
  4. Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Log in to your Salesforce org to begin the installation process.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your Salesforce domain and click Continue.
  8. Choose which users to install the app for, then click Install.
  9. If prompted, approve Third Party Access and click Continue.
  10. Find the completed installation under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce eliminates the need to switch between tools to collect legally binding eSignatures, helping sales and operations teams close deals faster directly inside their CRM. The AppExchange installation process takes only minutes, making it easy for Salesforce admins to deploy eSignature capabilities across their entire org without custom development. By enabling document signing natively within Salesforce, businesses can automate agreement workflows, maintain a complete audit trail, and reduce contract cycle times significantly.
