How to Connect Salesforce to Gainsight

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Gainsight in the search bar.
  2. On the Gainsight app listing page, click the Try It Free button.
  3. Select the Try in Sandbox option to proceed with a sandbox installation.
  4. Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Log in to your Salesforce account to begin the app installation process.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your Salesforce domain and click Continue.
  8. Choose which users to install the app for and click Install.
  9. If prompted, approve Third Party Access and click Continue.
  10. Once installed, find Gainsight under Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages.
