Use this interactive demo to learn how to install the Klaviyo Marketing Automation app in your Salesforce org.

Quick summary

The Klaviyo Salesforce integration is installed directly through Salesforce AppExchange, allowing marketing and ops teams to connect Klaviyo's email and SMS automation with their CRM data. This step-by-step process covers finding the Klaviyo Marketing Automation listing, authenticating via a custom Salesforce domain, and completing the package installation in a sandbox or production environment.

Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Klaviyo Marketing Automation.
  2. Click Get it now on the Klaviyo listing page.
  3. Select Try in your sandbox to install in a test environment.
  4. Verify your account details and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Click Log In & Install to authenticate with your Salesforce account.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to enter your Salesforce domain.
  7. Enter your custom domain name and hit Continue.
  8. Choose the user set you are installing the app for, then click Install.
  9. Grant Third Party Access and click Continue to complete the installation.
  10. Confirm the install by navigating to Settings > Advanced Setup > Installed Packages to verify the app appears.

📌 Why this matters

Integrating Klaviyo with Salesforce bridges the gap between CRM data and email or SMS marketing automation, enabling teams to trigger personalized campaigns based on real-time Salesforce customer records. Installing Klaviyo Marketing Automation through Salesforce AppExchange is a native, low-code process that keeps both platforms in sync without custom development. This integration helps revenue and marketing teams improve segmentation, automate lifecycle campaigns, and drive measurable ROI directly from their existing Salesforce infrastructure.
