Steps

  1. Go to Salesforce AppExchange and search for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  2. On the app listing page, click the Try It Free button.
  3. Select the Try in Sandbox option to proceed safely in a test environment.
  4. Enter your contact information and click Continue to Installation.
  5. Log in and install the application into your Salesforce org.
  6. Click Use Custom Domain to add your Salesforce domain.
