📌 Why this matters

Integrating PagerDuty with Salesforce Service Cloud connects real-time incident alerting directly to your customer service workflows, enabling support teams to detect, triage, and resolve critical issues without switching platforms. This integration reduces mean time to resolution (MTTR) by surfacing PagerDuty incident data inside Salesforce cases, giving agents full context when customer-impacting events occur. For operations and IT teams already using Salesforce, the PagerDuty AppExchange package provides a no-code installation path that takes minutes to complete. The result is tighter alignment between engineering incident response and customer-facing support — a critical capability for any organization running modern, always-on services.
