📌 Why this matters

Integrating Twilio Flex with Salesforce via the AppExchange CTI connector lets contact center teams handle voice and digital interactions without ever leaving their CRM. The Twilio Flex CTI connector embeds telephony controls directly inside Salesforce, giving agents instant access to call data, customer records, and workflow automation in a single interface. This reduces context-switching, shortens average handle time, and ensures every interaction is automatically logged against the right Salesforce record. For organizations evaluating cloud contact center platforms, the Salesforce-native installation process means fast deployment with minimal IT overhead.
