The Wufoo Slack integration lets you automatically send a Slack channel message every time a new Wufoo form entry is submitted, using a Zapier workflow. Set up this Zap in minutes by connecting both accounts and publishing the automation — no coding required.
Steps
- Hit Create > Zap on the left sidebar to start a new Zap.
- Click on the Trigger to define the trigger event for your Zap.
- Select Wufoo from the listed apps as your trigger application.
- Set the Trigger event to New Entry to fire when a form is submitted.
- Click on Account to connect your Wufoo account to Zapier.
- Enter your Wufoo login email, password, and API Key, then click Yes, Continue to authenticate.
- Select your Action event to define what happens after the trigger fires.
- Search for Slack as the action app.
- Choose Send channel message as the Action to post to a Slack channel.
- Connect your Slack account if it is not already linked.
- Click Publish to activate the integration and establish the live connection.
