Steps
- On Claude's main dashboard, open the left-side panel and click the Profile tab.
- Select Get Help from the list of available options.
- Click Send Us a Message to open the support message form.
- Read the terms and tap Accept to grant the necessary permissions.
- Type your message into the provided message box.
- Click the Send button to submit your message.
- Claude will generate a response to your inquiry. Note: the free plan connects you to an AI agent only — upgrade to a paid subscription to reach a human support agent.
