Quick summary
The Hootsuite post copy feature lets you duplicate any scheduled post directly from the Plan tab and instantly open it in the Composer for edits. In just a few clicks, you can update captions, swap media, or change social accounts before saving, scheduling, or publishing the copied post.
Steps
- Inside Hootsuite's Plan tab, find and select the post you want to copy.
- Tap 'Duplicate' to proceed with copying the selected post.
- You will be redirected to Hootsuite's Composer, where you can adjust the social accounts, edit the captions, or replace the media.
- Once done, tap 'Save As Draft', 'Schedule For Later', or 'Post Now' to finalize.
- The selected Hootsuite post will be copied and saved instantly.
