How to Create a Photo Slideshow in Google Slides

Walk through this interactive demo to learn how to create a photo slideshow in Google Slides.
  1. Start a blank presentation or open an existing one.
  2. Add a new slide by clicking the + button in the top left.
  3. On the new slide, click Insert.
  4. In the dropdown menu, click Image.
  5. Choose the photo you want to add.
  6. Click and drag the photos on your slide.
  7. In the top toolbar, click Slide.
  8. In the dropdown menu, select Transition.
  9. In the motion panel that appears on the right, choose a Slide transition.
  10. Click Play to review the transition.
  11. Open File on your slide canvas.
  12. In the dropdown menu, click Share.
  13. Select Publish to web.
  14. In the Publish to web panel, set auto-advance slides.
  15. Click the checkboxes if you want your slides to play automatically and if you want to restart them after finishing.
  16. Click Publish, and you're good to go!
