Steps

Go to Automations > Surveys.
Click Create Survey.
Select Custom Survey to start from scratch.
Choose your preferred delivery method: Email, Shareable Link, or a Webpage.
Use the drag-and-drop components from the left column to build your questionnaire.
Add questions to your survey.
Add a Feedback property for capturing results.
Click Next to proceed.
Verify the correct field type (text or number) and click Next.
Review your survey settings before publishing.
Click Publish to make your survey live.
Copy the survey link and share it to start collecting responses.
