Mailchimp's built-in survey builder lets you create, design, and publish surveys directly from your dashboard without any third-party tools. You can add multiple question types, customize branding and styles, and share your survey in just a few clicks.
Steps
- On your dashboard, click on Create in the left column.
- In the left column, select Surveys.
- Hit Get Started to create a survey.
- Click on Create Survey to begin building your survey.
- Click on the '+' icon to add your survey sections.
- Choose from multiple section types such as Introduction, Open Text, Radio Buttons, and more.
- After adding the sections, click on Continue To Design.
- Edit the Branding to add your logo and add or remove the Mailchimp badge.
- Use Custom Messaging to edit the Survey Title, Submit Button Label, Closed Survey Message, and more.
- Edit Styles to pick the Background Color, Button Color, and Button Text Color, then hit Review in the top right corner.
- Give your survey a final review and hit Continue to pick sharing options and publish.
