- Go to the File menu at the top left of the screen, then select Page setup from the options.
- In the Page setup dialog box, set the slide dimensions to 11 X 8.5 inches: Letter size (Wide), then click Apply to save the changes.
- Click View, then select Guides. From the menu, click Add vertical guide to add a vertical guideline to your slide.
- Repeat Step 3 to add another vertical guideline to the slide.
- Drag the vertical guidelines to evenly divide the slide into equal halves, setting up the trifold guide.
