Use this step-by-step demo to learn how to create a trifold brochure in Google Slides.
  1. Go to the File menu at the top left of the screen, then select Page setup from the options.
  2. In the Page setup dialog box, set the slide dimensions to 11 X 8.5 inches: Letter size (Wide), then click Apply to save the changes.
  3. Click View, then select Guides. From the menu, click Add vertical guide to add a vertical guideline to your slide.
  4. Repeat Step 3 to add another vertical guideline to the slide.
  5. Drag the vertical guidelines to evenly divide the slide into equal halves, setting up the trifold guide.
  6. Your slide will now display a trifold brochure guide.

📌 Why this matters

Creating trifold brochures digitally saves you from expensive design software or printing costs while maintaining professional quality. You can instantly share your brochure via email, embed it in websites, or print copies on demand. The real advantage lies in version control and collaboration—you can update pricing, events, or contact information in real-time and share editing access with team members. This approach transforms a traditionally static marketing piece into a dynamic, easily updatable asset that grows with your business needs.
