Quick summary
Deleting a document in PandaDoc takes just a few clicks using the three-dot menu and the Move to trash option. Deleted documents are not permanently removed immediately — they are sent to the trash where they can be restored if needed.
Steps
- Click Documents in the left-hand menu to open your document list.
- Locate the document you want to delete and click the three-dot menu next to it.
- Select Move to trash from the dropdown menu.
- Your document is now deleted and moved to the trash, where it can be restored if needed.
