Quick summary
Jump links in Unbounce let visitors navigate instantly to a specific section of a landing page by clicking a button. To set one up, you copy an element ID from the page editor and assign it as the button's click action URL using a hash (#) prefix.
Steps
- Inside Unbounce's page editor, find and select the element you want to use as the jump destination.
- Go to the right-side panel, scroll down to the Element Metadata section, and copy the element ID provided there.
- Select the button you want visitors to click to trigger the jump link.
- In the button's settings, tap the URL input field under Click Action and type a number sign (#).
- Paste the element ID you copied directly after the # symbol in the URL field.
- Click Save to apply the changes to your page.
- The jump link is now live — when a visitor clicks the button, the page will automatically scroll to the target element.
