Steps
- Go to the Documents tab in your PandaDoc dashboard.
- Click Status to filter documents by their current status.
- Select Completed to narrow results to fully signed documents.
- Click Apply to confirm the status filter.
- Click on the document you want to download to open it.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the document.
- Look for the Download button in the menu options.
- Choose Download as .PDF to save the signed version to your device.
- Your signed document is now saved and ready for record-keeping or sharing.
