Steps

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) in the top bar.
  2. In the left menu, navigate to Objects.
  3. Select Deals from the Objects submenu.
  4. Click the Pipelines tab.
  5. Select the pipeline you want to edit (e.g., Accounts pipeline) from the dropdown menu.
  6. Scroll down and edit an existing stage inline.
  7. Or click Add stage to create a new deal stage.
  8. Optionally, drag a stage to reorder it, hover and click Delete to remove it, or set the Win probability via the stage dropdown.
  9. Hit Save to apply your changes.
  10. Confirm the success message to verify your updates were saved.
