PandaDoc lets you enable or disable document downloads on a per-document basis, giving you full control over how recipients interact with your files. You can manage download permissions directly from the document editor's recipient settings in just a few clicks.
Steps
- Go to the Documents tab in your PandaDoc dashboard.
- Open the document you want to send.
- Click the recipients icon at the top-right corner of the document editor.
- Go to document settings and manage download permissions.
- Find the Download toggle and switch it ON to enable downloads or OFF to disable them.
