Quick summary
You can export a Monday board to Excel in just a few clicks using the More actions menu inside your board view. This feature lets teams quickly download board data as a spreadsheet for offline analysis, reporting, or sharing outside Monday.com.
Steps
- Select the board you want to export to Excel.
- Go to the ellipsis icon found at the upper-left side of your board view.
- Click 'More actions' from the dropdown menu.
- Select 'Export board to Excel' from the More actions menu.
- Click 'Export' to confirm and start the download.
- Once the download is complete, access your exported Excel file from your device.
