Quick summary
Exporting subscribers from MailerLite lets you download your full contact database as a CSV file for use in Excel, custom reports, or third-party tools. The process takes just a few clicks from the Subscribers tab using the built-in Actions menu.
Steps
- Click on the Subscribers tab to access your contact database.
- Use the filter options if you only want to export specific subscribers.
- View all your subscribers in one place on the subscribers list screen.
- Sort or toggle subscribers by name, date added, or engagement level as needed.
- Click the Actions button to open the export options menu.
- Select Export CSV for Excel to download subscriber data for analysis or custom reports.
- When the file is ready, click Download to save the CSV file to your device.
