A Mailchimp API key lets you connect third-party tools and integrations directly to your Mailchimp account. You can generate, name, and copy your API key in just a few steps from the account Profile settings.
Steps
- Click on your account icon in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Profile.
- Under the Extras tab, navigate to API keys.
- Under Your API keys, click on Create A Key.
- Give your API key a name and click Generate Key.
- Once generated, click Copy To Clipboard to copy your key, then hit Done.
- To view existing keys, return to the API keys page and find them listed under the Your API keys section.
