Employees can download their W-2 form directly from their Gusto account once it has been issued for the tax year.
- Sign in to your Gusto admin account.
- From your main dashboard, click the Documents section.
- Click Tax setup to manage your tax documents and filings.
- Select View documents to see all available tax forms.
- Choose W-2s to access employee wage and tax statements.
- Click here to download or print your W-2 forms.
