This demo walks you through enabling YouTube Shorts monetization via YouTube Studio by activating the Shorts Feed Ads module and accepting the required terms. Once enabled, your channel begins earning ad revenue from Shorts through the YouTube Partner Program.
Steps
- Go to studio.youtube.com and click Earn in the left sidebar, then confirm your channel is approved for YPP and that active monetization modules are visible.
- Open the Shorts Feed Ads tab and click TURN ON to enable Shorts monetization for your channel.
- Review the terms, check I accept the Shorts Feed terms, then click ACCEPT to confirm your agreement.
- Once enabled, verify the confirmation state on the page — for example, a SEE MY ANALYTICS button — to confirm Shorts monetization is active.
