Steps
- Select the text you want to hyperlink in your Slack message, then click the link symbol in the formatting toolbar.
- Paste the URL into the link input field that appears.
- Confirm the link to apply it — your hyperlinked text will now appear formatted and clickable in the message composer.
- Preview how the hyperlinked text will look once your message is sent.
- Optionally, remove the link preview if you prefer to share the link without an expanded URL preview.
