The Asana–Dropbox integration lets you attach and access Dropbox files directly inside any Asana project by adding the Dropbox app through the project's Customize menu. Once connected via OAuth authorization, your team can manage files and tasks without switching between platforms.
Steps
- Open the Projects menu and select the project you want to connect to Dropbox.
- Click the Customize option in the project toolbar.
- In the Add section, select Apps.
- Search for Dropbox and click on it to select the app.
- Click Add to project to add the Dropbox integration to your project.
- Select Connect to Dropbox to begin the authorization process.
- Click Allow to grant Asana access to your Dropbox account.
- Your Asana project is now integrated with Dropbox, enabling seamless file management and collaboration across both platforms.
