The Asana–Zoom integration lets teams link projects directly to Zoom by adding the Zoom app through Asana's Customize menu and authorizing the connection via OAuth. Once connected, project members can launch Zoom meetings and manage collaboration without leaving Asana.
Steps
- Go to the Projects menu and select the project you want to connect to Zoom.
- Click the Customize option in the project settings.
- In the Add section, select Apps.
- Search for Zoom in the apps list and click on it to select.
- Click Add to project to add the Zoom app to your project.
- Select Connect to Zoom to begin the authorization process.
- Click Allow to grant Asana access to your Zoom account.
- Choose the account you want to connect to Zoom to complete the integration.
