Steps

  1. Click the Create button and select Zaps to start building a new automation.
  2. Search for ClickUp as the trigger app in the Zap editor.
  3. Select a trigger event to define which ClickUp activity starts the automation.
  4. Connect your ClickUp account by authorizing Zapier access.
  5. Select the ClickUp workspace to use for the trigger.
  6. Select the workspace, space, and list to monitor, then click Continue.
  7. Click the Test trigger button to verify ClickUp is sending data correctly.
  8. Once you have a record, click Continue with selected record to proceed.
  9. Choose Zoom as the action app in the Zap editor.
  10. Select an action event to automatically schedule a new Zoom meeting.
  11. Authorize Zapier to access your Zoom account by clicking the Allow button.
  12. Set up the meeting details and click Continue.
  13. Test the connection by clicking Test step to confirm the action works.
  14. Click Publish to activate the Zap so ClickUp tasks trigger Zoom meetings automatically and update ClickUp with meeting details.
