The direct Typeform integration allows you to capture form submissions as events in Customer.io, which can then be used to create people or trigger automated campaigns.
- On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Data & Integrations in the left sidebar.
- Select Integrations from the submenu.
- Click the Add Integration button located at the top right of the page.
- Scroll down or search for Typeform in the integration catalog.
- Select the Typeform template to get started.
- Copy the unique webhook URL provided on the configuration page.
- Log in to your Typeform account and hover over the specific form, then click Add integrations.
- In the settings menu, select Webhooks to configure your connection.
- Click Add a webhook to create a new webhook endpoint.
- Paste the URL, and click on Save webhook to activate the connection between Typeform and Customer.io.
- Ensure the toggle for the webhook is set to On.
