How to Integrate Customer.io with Zendesk

Use this interactive demo to learn how to integrate your Customer.io account with Zendesk.

Connecting Zendesk with Customer.io allows you to sync customer support data, such as New Tickets or Solved Tickets, to trigger automated workflows or update user profiles.

‍

  1. On your Customer.io main dashboard, click Data & Integrations in the left sidebar.
  2. Select Integrations from the submenu.
  3. Click the Add Integration button located at the top right of the page.
  4. Scroll down or search for Zendesk in the integration catalog.
  5. Select Zendesk to start syncing customer.io insights.
  6. Enter your Zendesk subdomain in the required field.
  7. Hit "Connect Zendesk" to authorize the integration and link your accounts.
  8. Zendesk is not successfully connected with your Customer.io account.
